Hey guys, own double lot shore property, current house is like 50 yrs old bought 6yrs ago for 195 appraised last yr at 700 w/ land. Enough room for two 3,000 sq foot condos. Have been approached by builders, they said they will cover all cost, build 2 houses give me second and keep the other one. I am in no rush to do that, if i wanted to get financing for this to do myself, where would I start? Talked to a builder and he said it would cost roughly 125 sq ft to build....
